Our returns policy at Auntie Jo's is simple and straightforward.
Thirty (30) Days Allowed to Return Merchandise
Any non-personalized item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). It is your responsibility to contact us for an RMA # within 30 days of placing your order. By giving a generous thirty (30) days for you to decide on returning an item, we are exceeding the industry standard with our generous returns policy.
Returns Policy Restrictions
Personalized Items Non-Refundable
Our returns policy allows for any item to be returned within 30 days for a refund, excluding personalized items. When we engrave or deboss a personal name or company name onto an item, it is no longer merchandise that may qualify for a refund. Under no circumstances do personalized items qualify for a refund. Please speak with customer service prior to ordering a personalized gift if you have any questions about the item.
Shipping Costs Non-Refundable
The cost to ship your item to you and the cost for you to ship an item back to us in the event of a return is not covered under our returns policy. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which cannot be refunded.
