RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Refunds are not provided for any items, returns are accepted  for errors in preapproved mock up designs (you ok'd the design but we used the wrong color, or something crazy went down in the creation process) but we will exchange the item, and send you another item free of charge without additional shipping fees and you are free to dispose of, use or donate item as you would like. Items that are customized and preapproved but are not incorrectly made are not refundable and non returnable.

 

Items not customized are not refundable unless damaged by Auntie Jo Sews, LLC. Please contact us PRIOR to returning any items, in most cases we will ask for a picture of the item and initiate the return process from there. 

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and along with a return address, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
